Chuck Holt is a lawyer who is involved in both portfolio company due diligence and legal management, and Investeco's own contractual and compliance matters.  Prior to joining Investeco, Chuck practiced corporate/commercial law  at a Toronto-based  law firm, before which he earned an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. Chuck has also consulted for several years at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
